With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Print and Media Management and more than 20 years at the production end of the communications business, Lee has been checking and re-checking everything for quite a while now. He’s worked on both supplier-side and client-side, but feels he answered his true calling when he eventually landed on the agency-side.

At Extreme, Lee enjoys finding solutions that will transform great ideas into reality. He sometimes has a hard time explaining that ‘reality’ to his wife; sure, she gets the TV, radio, the photo shoots, the websites and even the augmented reality, but the tales of traveling dinosaurs, fake giant wrecking balls hanging out of buildings and live-streaming tree planting make her wonder if her husband really works in advertising (now that’s a whole other debate).

Lee thrives off the inspiration and creativity he sees around him in the agency and is driven by the fact that an idea is just an idea until someone creates it.
