Since 2010, Mike has managed the day-to-day operations in Extreme’s Toronto office. Mike’s mission is to do work that matters. He inspires his team and builds client relationships that foster growth and innovation, grounded by strategy and results.
Mike has been championing effective ideas for over 10 years at top agencies including ACLC, FCB, Y&R and BBDO. No matter which agency he’s been at, he’s gained experience on everything from consumer packaged goods, to fast-paced retail including Kraft, Colgate-Palmolive, Advil, OLG, Toshiba, Grand & Toy and Cara. While working with these Clients, Mike has garnered fantastic experience and successes. Examples include playing a leadership role for the launch of Golden Oreo, one of Oreo’s most successful innovations, leading a team representing Canada for the global development for a Lady Speed Stick campaign, and working with his Clients on one of Canada’s favourite family brands, Swiss Chalet, to deliver record sales figures. In fact, results for Swiss Chalet were so impressive that when the brand moved agencies, they insisted on bringing Mike with them to their new agency.
