Paul is the founder of Extreme group having started it from the back room of his father’s carpet cleaning business in 1997. In just over 13 years he has amassed a team of like-minded individuals that have grown the agency to one of the largest independently owned agencies in Canada.
Extreme has offices in Toronto and Halifax and between them employs about 70 people. They work with some of Canada’s best marketers like Procter & Gamble, Quiznos, Research in Motion, Sony Style, Diageo, Grand & Toy, Bell Aliant, Moosehead Breweries, Ltd , Mariott Hotels, and the Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia
Extreme was named one of Canada’s top ten agencies in 2007 by Marketing Magazine. Paul is also a top 40 Under 40 in Canada recipient, the youngest executive in Atlantic Canada to be inducted into the Top 50 CEOs Hall of Fame, and has been recognized by Ernst and Young for their Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Paul is also the Founder of the ICE Awards, Atlantic Canada’s creative awards show.
Paul is married to lifelong sweetheart April LeBlanc and has three small girls, Liza, Campbell and Rowan.
